Atlanta's High Museum offers unique exhibit

Approximately 10 of the most famous warriors in the world have been in the U.S. since May. The only thing is, they're not alive. They never have been alive, because they are clay models of soldiers. The Terracotta army is currently visiting Atlanta's High Museum of Art.

Around 250 B.C.E., the current emperor of China, Qin Shihuangdi, decided to sculpt an army for protecting himself in the afterlife since he had so many rivals and he figured it would be the same after he died.

The Terracotta exhibition is visiting Atlanta right now, but in May it will move to Houston and in November it will move to Washington, D.C.

There are many rooms filled with artifacts, warriors and descriptions for reading.

For an extra $3, you can get an audio tour where you have a small hand-held audio player that tells you about certain object.

I went up to see the exhibition and really enjoyed it. I bet you can, too by visiting high.org.
